Folia Archaeologica – new issue
This volume was published on the 100th birthday of Professor Andrzej Nadolski and the 80th birthday of Professor Marian Głosek. To honor both archaeologists and weaponry scholars, researchers of ancient weaponry and military history from Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany were invited to contribute to this volume and share the results of their latest research in their articles. Alongside discussions of military relics (from the Roman period to the mid-20th century) and written sources on the equipment and organization of medieval and modern military formations, the volume also contains studies of archaeological relics of settlement and material culture of the Middle Ages as well as archival materials on modern residential construction.
