Abstract

The article is based on a survey of 367 activists of OPZZ (Polish Alliance of Trade Unions) in 2010. The main problem was to develop, on the basis of the results, diagnosis of problems of management, organizational and communication, and for this purpose the use of information technology. The presented study considers only the negative evaluation of the members of the organization related to subjects enumerated above.
