This study investigates the relationship between employees’ perceptions of financial well-being, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the hospitality industry. The results reveal that financial well-being significantly and positively influences both commitment levels and job satisfaction, highlighting its crucial role in shaping workplace attitudes. Furthermore, the analysis indicates that financial well-being perceptions vary across demographic groups. Specifically, male employees, postgraduate degree holders and individuals with higher income levels report more favorable financial outlooks. Additionally, generational differences are evident, with Generation X participants demonstrating greater financial well-being perceptions than Generation Y. Overall, these findings underscore the critical impact of financial well-being on employee attitudes and highlight demographic factors as key moderators.
