Robert Sawyer - East Tennessee State University, USA

Robert Sawyer is Professor of English at East Tennessee State University, where he teaches Shakespeare, Victorian Literature, and Literary Criticism. Author of Victorian Appropriations of Shakespeare (2003), Marlowe and Shakespeare: The Critical Rivalry (2017), and Shakespeare Between the World Wars (2019). His most recent publication is Chapter 6: “Dramatic Escapes,” in the Shakespearean International Yearbook which focuses on the refugee crisis (2021).

Monika Sosnowska - University of Lodz, Poland

Monika Sosnowska completed her PhD on the representations of the senses in Hamlet and its selected film adaptations (2011) at the University of Lodz, Poland, where she teaches. Her publications include journal articles, chapters in books, co-edited books, and monographs. Her research interests are posthumanism, green Shakespeare, ecology and ecocriticism. She is the academic assistant of Multicultural Shakespeare: Translation, Appropriation and Performance and she is a member of the International Shakespeare Studies Centre (Poland).
